Woo hoo! I made 400 followers yesterday and my rosette wreath/table decor was selected to be in the Cricut Chirp. How fun is that. Here is link for Rosette Wreath Table Centerpiece if you missed the post on my blog earlier.
So on with the Thanksgiving Blog Hop
We're so happy you could join us for this super-fun hop showcasing cards, layouts and projects that feature everything to be thankful for!! You'll find an array of ideas throughout the hop -- We hope you'll enjoy each and every project along the way!!
If you've hopped over from Claire S. - www.scrapmyway.blogspot.com , then you are in the right place!! If you've just popped in to visit my blog or are reading this via email and you'd like to join our Thanksgiving FUN, then please CLICK HERE (http://www.memoriesintyme.blogspot.com/) to start at the beginning with Lynda's blog!! This is a TWO-DAY hop, so be sure to catch both days for maximum ideas (you'll find the entire line-up below my post)!!
For the hop today, I've created four Thanksgiving related projects to share with you.
First I would like to share these cute little soap bottles I got at the 99Cent store. They also come in other colors and make such cute little gifts. The labels peel off easily and then I used the Thanksgiving cart and vinyl to add the words. I also wrap raffia and add a tag before giving these out. They have green ones too that are great for Christmas.
Another vinyl project I love to do is decorate Charger plates. These chargers I got last year at Walmart and they are perfect for Fall decor. Not sure if they have them this year. But worth the check.
These are the little votive candles you can buy in boxes at Michaels. I had a set left over from a wedding and so I added vinyl and placed them with the placecards and napkins rings at each table.
for the napkins I went to Joanns and got several yards of Fall calico fabric and cut with pinking sheers. I then made paper rings, added leaves and twine and these looked great with my Fiesta ware dished.
To be elgible for my blog candy please become a follower and leave a comment. I will draw a winner after this blog hop for a $10 gift card for your choice of Michaels or Joanns.
Any comment made on the 4th, 5th and 16th will be elgible. So if you missed my projects please go back and leave a comment for more chances to win. Here are the links.
