I made this Valentine banner using a file from the Silhouette store. The paper used was last years Doodlebug Valentine paper. I then added pieces to add to the tops of each banner piece to reinforce the pieces. Each one was punched with a different heart or fancy Martha Stewart punches. Between each banner piece I added white, pink and red netting and ribbon. The word Love was cut from the Cricut Storybook. I then stamped and cut out two different Julie Nutting stamps and paper pieced their dresses. I colored the hair, cheeks and shoes with Copic markers. I then added Julie Nutting wings stamped on paper and pop dotted the dolls atop white and red heart shaped doilies. The last thing I did was add gems for earrings and necklaces. And viola Happy Valentines Day.

So Beary sweet Card for Valentines using PCW file
Today is my first regular post back as part of the design team at Paper Crafting World . I am very excited to be back designing with this talented bunch of ladies.
For my project this week I created a card using one of Melin's adorable little bears.
I colored the digi using my Copic Markers.
Colors used #37, E33, E31, E01, 100, R29, R27, RV00, RV02 and RV04.
I layered 2 layers of valentine paper on my card base which is 6 x 12. The digi was trimmed and matted on red cardstock. The corners are punched with an EK Success punch. I added a felt heart embellishment, gems, and ribbon from Michaels. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have fun creating your Valentines for all your sweeties.

Here is my project a "Beary Sweet" Valentine layout. I created a double page layout using these adorable bears, hearts and candy from Paper Crafting World and then added a few cuts from the Cricut Artbooking Cartridge. I chalked the edges, used a doily and some heart rhinestones. Paper was from my stash. I pop dotted the flag, banner and layered heart in top corner.

Valentines Day
On Friday I took a class on using Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and other products like Chalkboard, Glam and Glaze. I decided to make some vintage valentines using the pictures I got at LSS. I used Glimmer Mist on the paper doily and lace. The flowers were made using Mother's Day Bouquet. I cut various cuts at 21/2", 2", 11/2", and 1". I used various scraps of valentine paper I had in my stash. I then made about 40 flowers to have on hand. The card is 5 x 7. I also used MS corner punch and butterfly punch. I then inked everything with Tim Holtz Distressed Ink and added Stickles and some bling. :
Also made these cute Valentine bear easel cards. Here are the links for the easel card directions-http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/easelcard/ and for the bear patterns-
You have to have SCAL or a similar program to cut these bears. This comes from the monthly set.
I also used 4 different MS heart punches and my stash of Valentine flowers I made from Mother's Day Bouquet cart.

Target Valentine Mailboxes
Found the $1 mailboxes in Target dollar section so am making them for my MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) Group. Made all the flowers from the new Mothers Day Bloom cartridge. Cut variety of flower shapes at 2 1/2, 2, 1 1/2, and 1 inches. Then I glued in an assembly line. Butterfllies are a MS punch and added a little ribbon. I used a DS cutfile from last year to cover the mailboxes. Of course they are filled with candy.
