Today is Smorgasboard Saturday at Cooking with Cricut. I wanted to share a project that I created for classes at Scrapbook Blessings where I teach in Newbury Park, California. The paper I used is Bo Bunny Mistletoe collections which is so bright and cheery. The large ornaments are cut using Art Philosophy to compliment the ornament paper.
For the ornaments on the paper I cut out ornaments from another piece of paper and pop dotted them.
I also used a MS holly punch, Washi tape from Michaels, twine, Stickles,
brads from Bo Bunny and ribbon.
The ribbon I used was red with a green string stitched through the center. If you take tweezers and hold the end of the green string you can draw the ribbon in a gather to make a pretty effect.
Thank you Melin for the opportunity to share at Cooking with Cricut Smorgasboard Saturday.
Don't forget to check out the great sale at Paper Crafting World where you can get the most amazing
digital files, cut files and kits.
OMGosh Suz, I love this layout!! Love how you gathered the ribbon for the ornament hanger and I just love, love that large ornament you cut! I guess it is a good thing I don't live close to you because I would be taking all your classes and would be broke! lol Hugs, B
