Lasting Memories Sunny Shores challenge

So sorry my post is late for the Lasting Memories challenge this week Sunny Shores. My daughters family has had the stomach flu and since I take care of the kids while they are at work it was destined to come my way.  It had been a whole week so thought I had managed
not to get the bug but got it bad.
So on a more positive note here is my layout for Sunny Shores.
I used Kaisercraft Sandy Toes paper for this page and pictures of my youngest daughter and her two girls.  It was a sunny, but a little chilly day, but they love the beach.
Please join us for the challenge this week.  You have till the end of the month to join any of our four weekly challenges.  We love to see your work.
Check it out at Lasting Memories  and see what else the DT created.

  1. I love this layout of Megan and the girls, such fun beachy fun!! Hugs, Brenda

  2. Great background paper and love the distressed chevron paper here and there. Such a great 2 pager. reading your comments about stomach flu... I am hoping to God that I don't get it a week from when my son did. That would be Sunday/Monday... and it's my daughter's bday on Tuesday. She would be devastated. :( He's finally coming around. It always worries me so.

  3. Beautiful beachy page, love it!! What is this stupid bug going around, we were out of commission for a whole week. Horrible virus, hope you are all feeling better!

  4. Wow that is some cool paper your using for your layout :) really a nice backdrop for the photos )
