It's time for
This is when the designers are encouraged to showcase different project they are working on.
These two layouts are done with this years Doodlebug Christmas Paper for a class I am teaching at my scrapbook store. Things have taken off since August when I began and I have classes scheduled pretty much every weekend between now and the end of January already. I am having a blast.
For this page I did a chevron fold pattern at the bottom. I definitely want to try this technique again with other papers.
For this one I made a Christmas tree using the Tim Holtz Rosette maker. There are three sizes of rosettes and I started with the largest one and then moved up to the smallest. To help with the forming I made a triangle for a base and used Zots to keep the rosettes in place.
Here is the last one for today. I used an embossing folder for December calendar. I then accented the 25th by punching a sticker and putting a clear dot over the top.
Hope you like my layouts. Don't forget to check out all the great paper cutting files, digital files and kits Melin has at
