FCCB Challenge- Yummy, Yummy- Summer dessert

Two challenges today so please check them both out.
First - Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog- Yummy, Yummy Challenge
Second- Bitten by the Bug 2 Blog - Window to my World Challenge

It's time for another awesome Fantabulous Cricut Challenge.  This week the challenge is "Yummy, yummy"- create a Summer dessert project using a die cut.  I knew right away I wanted to use the cute little Popsicle from Doodlecharms.  I cut this at 5 inches since my card is a 6 x 6 square.
The paper is from my local  LSS.  So I matched the pink color and used a lighter pink underneath for the shadow.  The sticks were cut from Kraft stock and then embossed with a Cuttlebug folder to make them look like wood.  For the drips at the bottom I used my Martha Stewart dripping goo punch and then added some ribbon from my stash.  The stamp "You melt my heart" came from a huge set of stamps I got at HSN over a year ago.  I curved the sentiment slightly before placing on the block to have it fit to the Popsicle curve.  Then to make it look really good and yummy I poured Glossy Accents over the top and spread it all over the Popsicle to give it that shiny look.  Now that's what I call yummy.
So what is you idea of a great Summer desert?  We can't wait to see what you create and share with us at FCCB.  Please come back all week for different posts and I will be back here for Fantabulous Friday.  Hope you will return for some more inspiration.
