If your a G45 fan this is one of the G45 projects they are doing this year. Calling all Fashionistas with a Julie Nutting die cut layout

Do you have a Fashionista in your life that is Sweet and Sassy?  Then this is the layout for you.  I had so much creating this layout using the new Julie Nutting die cuts.  For this kit each Nutting doll is cut and ready to glue together.  The pink and black color scheme really makes the dolls "fashion sense" show.    

I taught this as a class at the studio where I teach but there are a few kits left.

Graphic 45 Nursery Rhyme layouts-Twinkle, Twinkle and Little Lamb

I love Graphic 45 and this Nursery Rhyme paper is one of my favorites.  I made these two layouts using the G45 paper and my Silhouette for the titles.  The sheep also came from the Silhouette store and are embossed for added dimension.

Dr. Seuss and layouts for your creative fun

This post is for all you Dr. Seuss lovers and crafty people.  

These are three layouts I created recently that are available in kits for scrapbookers to put together.  The paper was purchased at Tuesday Morning. 

The first is a Dr. Seuss layout called Cat in the Hat Read. 

This one is called I'm Sew very Happy.  I fell in love with the button paper and used a button border punch and button punch to trim it out.  

The next one is entitled Live Life Create Art and great for any pictures of crafty projects.

Photo box using an altered photobox

Now that I broke the ice yesterday and posted on my blog I am going to keep it up and try to post daily so I can get caught up.  (Not sure that will ever happen) LOL

This is the second altered cigar box that I made into a photo box.  The first you can find HERE-The cigar boxes I get free from a scrapbook friend and they are very deep and black.  

Here is the top of the box with a metal embellishment on top I got from Michaels in the dollar bin.

This is the inside lid with a painted wood frame.  It is pop dotted with foam and then there is a tiny mini book that slides underneath.  

Inside the box there are dividers to sort your trip photos.

These boxes are a lot of fun to alter and great for trips you don't have time to scrapbook.  They are great for sitting on a shelf or coffee table for people to view.  

So excited about my first two PPBN layouts

Wow it is so hard to believe that I have not posted on my blog the past two months.  Yes I have been scrapping.  In fact I have been scrapping a lot.  I have added most of my projects to blogger but just can't seem to get the write ups done and the projects posted lately.  I was waiting for the new store website to get up and running but it is not ready yet.   Between babysitting two of my grandchildren and helping make changes at the store where I teach my blog has suffered.  So I decided the best way to get going again is to just start.  So here I am!  I hope you enjoy my first two projects.  

 I am starting with my most recent projects using files from PPBN Designs.  Nikki is a new designer that I have found and I love love love her site.  I have joined the monthly membership which includes two free SVG's every day and other membership specials.  Nikki is super talented and I love that she has a lot of Disney files that are available in commercial and personal files.  Since I make a lot of layouts for the store where I teach this is perfect for me.

Just Kitting Studios Grand Opening

I have been so blessed the past two years to teach classes at a wonderful scrapbook store in Newbury Park, California.  Recently my dear friend Beth the owner of the store decided to try a new venture called Just Kitting Studios.  She was unable to sell the store so it closed down the end of February.  Beth's new venture Just Kitting Studios had its grand opening this last weekend and I wanted to share some pictures of the new space.  She will also have a website to sell kits.  

I will be teaching classes at the studio as I was before and making kits for sale.  The kits can be purchased at the store or on the new website when it is opened.  I am really excited to be a part of this new venture.  Starting tomorrow I will be posting pictures of all the kits that I have completed and are now ready to purchase.  Hope you will check it out.  You can follow us on facebook at Just Kitting Studio and or Scrapbook Blessings.
