Valentine banner with Doodlebug and Julie Nutting dolls

I made this Valentine banner using a file from the Silhouette store.  The paper used was last years Doodlebug Valentine paper.  I then added pieces to add to the tops of each banner piece to reinforce the pieces.  Each one was punched with a different heart or fancy Martha Stewart punches.  Between each banner piece I added white, pink and red netting and ribbon.  The  word  Love was cut from the Cricut Storybook.  I then stamped and cut out two different Julie Nutting stamps and paper pieced their dresses.  I colored the hair,  cheeks and shoes with Copic markers.  I then added Julie Nutting wings stamped on paper and pop dotted the dolls atop white and red  heart shaped doilies.  The last thing I did was add gems for earrings and necklaces.  And viola Happy Valentines Day.

Christmas Banner

This is a banner I made for Scrapbook Blessings.  I actually made 10 kits which sold out rather quickly using Kaisercraft Paper.  I liked the vintage feel and added Tim Holtz rosettes to it.  I also used punched out pieces from an assortment of Martha Stewart and EK Sucess punches I have.  The banner shape is cut from the Cricut Pretty Pennants.  I also added muslin and red and green netting between each piece.

Banner and layouts with Echo Park paper

Yesterday I shared the Christmas house I decorated  at a class at my local scrapbook store.  We received a packet of Echo Park Christmas paper and embellishments.  After we finished the house we made banners from pages out of a book.  Sure missed my Cricut when I had to cut the letters out my hand but I love the way the book pages look.
After that we took the left over pieces to make singe page Christmas layouts.  These are the 3 pages on the left.  I was able to come home and make pages to go with them so I have double page layouts.
For this one black background paper and doilies were added to the Echo Park paper.
For this one I found some green paper in my stash that matched closely.
I bought a blue piece and tan piece  of cardstock to complete this layout.  I also added a sheet of Graphic 45 Christmas Emporium paper to the right to go with left side.
