BBTB2 Challenge Pass it On Celebrate the Joy of Giving

Our DT member Sarah came up with a great challenge this week for BBTB2.    She asked us to Pass it on and Celebrate the Joy of Giving.  I decided to use my Imagine cart All Wrapped Up.  I made this cute little box and card.  I just love the bold patterns on these cuts and the cute Russian dolls.  I thought this would be a cute little treat bag and card to say Thanks or have a great day.

Sorry for the blurry picture.

I hope you will join us this week and create a project to brighten someones day and share the joy of giving.  Then link it up and join us here at BBTB2.  We would love to see what you create.  Remember you must use a Cricut cut to participate in the challenge.

Birthday cards with Country Life and Imagine carts

Scrappy Moms Stamps  is having a challenge this week to make a project with Country Life.  I knew right away what I wanted to do as I bought Country life for the banner cuts.  So this is the card I came up with. I am making birthday cards for a church group I belong to this year so this is another card in my stash.

I also made some other birthday cards with practice cuts I made with my new Imagine and scraps.

Tall card and gift box with All Wrapped Up

I made this gift box and tall card with my Imagine for two challenges.  The gift box is for BBTB2 which is to make a gift box and the Tall card is for Celebrate the Occasions challenge. I have only had my Imagine a short time so had a lot of fun.  I used the All Wrapped Up Cartridge.  The background paper for the card was the first full sheet of paper I printed.  The little box with the Russian dolls I printed twice so the inside was colored too.  I then printed just the dolls to use for the card.
For the box I punches holes to put ribbon in and hold box together.  I punched it too low so then punched higher.  Lesson learned.
Here is my tall card.  The package was made by printing another box and cutting pieces out of it to make my own box so the colors matched and it had the little Russian dolls on it.  I really like the vivid colors.
