Friends Challenge with a Disney flair

I completed the Friends challenge for July and rather than a Fourth of July layout I did a Disney layout.
The papers are a combo of DCWV and other leftover papers in my stash.  The chipboard letters are Tim Holtz and inked with Quick Quotes ink.

For the Friends challenge you can participate in one, more or all three challenges.
I like to do all three.  For the first I used the sketch
For the second challenge I used the Tic Tac Toe
Brads, Stars and Striped paper

                                                               Rochelle Spears blogspot

and lastly I used the color challenge.

Time for a Lasting Memories Color Challenge

Summer is already flying by.  We are trying to get in the pool with the grandkids as much as possible to keep up their skills.  On this trip to the pool mom was in the pool with the kids and I was taking the photos.  These were the perfect photos for the color challenge at Lasting Memories starting today.  Love this color palette!  Don't forget to check out the other DT creations at Lasting Memories.   There is a new challenge every Saturday and you have until the end of the month to complete them.

Graduation Class of 2015

This is a layout I created of my son in laws recent graduation from Liberty College.
We are so proud of him and I am just starting to put a few pages together.
For this page I used the   Stuck ?!  June 1st Sketch
In place of the flowers I used Grad tags and pinwheels I found in the $1 section of Michaels.
The class of 2015 is ribbon I got at Michaels.
The large gold letters are also from the $1 section at Michaels.

I am also linking this to the
LCOM Color Spot Challenge
Colors Gray, pink and gold
Although the school colors were red and the diploma was tied in red on the pattern paper I used a dark pink and it worked fine to highlight the picture.

I am also entering this at
Sketch N Scrap Birthday Challenge which was the entire month of May
Candace's challenge is to use  three colors one of which should be  gold

Sweet layout

I created this layout with a DCWV stack and two "sweet" pictures of my grandddaughter Kenzie  One she is having ice cream and the other a Ring Pop.  I love the colors and vintage feel of this paper.
This is the sketch by Shawn Lahr for Sketches in Thyme Week 3 that I used.
This is am amazing sketch!

I am linking up to Sketches in Thyme  Week 3

and to  Sketch N Scrap color challenge for the special

Happy girls are the prettiest- for a triple challenge

Each month Rochelle, Brenda, and Kelly get together for a friend's challenge.  This gives you four chances to win if you combine the challenges together

This is my entry using all three challenges together and Jack and Jill Echo Park Paper.
The pics are of my two granddaughters having yogurt together after the oldest Katie had her interview for Kindergarten next year.
For the Tic Tac Toe challenge I did both middle rows .
Top to bottom- scallop, flower, and doily
I used a real doily and there were doilies on the green paper.
Side ways- butterfly, flower and anything pink

Ready Set Go on the tractor

I created this layout on NSD using the Color Spot from Let's Capture our Memories and the challenge from  Scrap the Boys Pound the Pavement.  I had the perfect paper for the challenge Simple Stories Changing Life in my scrap bag at a crop I attended this weekend.  The pictures is of my grandson Micah riding his new John Deere tractor.
