This is a layout I completed this past week with a PPBN Designs cut file. Aren't these little minions just the cutest?!? I used some striped Canvas Corp to make them pop off the blackground paper. The title was cut using the Silhouette and two levels of offset- one blue and one yellow. 
OMGosh, this is a cute layout Suz!! Those minions are just darling.
