Frozen Mania layouts

My granddaughter Kenzie is crazy about Frozen and especially Elsa as they have the same color hair.  Here are some assorted layouts I did with a Frozen stack I bought.  I think there is enough paper to wallpaper my entire bedroom.

The first double layout is pictures at Disneyland with Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Marshmellow.

These photos are from New Year Eve when we spent three days at Disneyland.
My granddaughter and grandson loved Olaf.  It was cold for Southern California so we are all bundled up which went good with the pictures.

For this page I used pics of the kids at a Frozen event at Target.  They provided the background and the kids wore their Halloween costumes for 2014.

These pictures were taken at home playing dress up,

Lasting Memories Clusters of three

Today the challenge at Lasting Memories is using clusters on your layout.  For my layout I used this fun paper from Adorn It and decided to add clusters of yellow flowers to go with it.  The title You are my sunshine is from Silhouette America.
The pictures are of my granddaughter Kenzie and grandson Micah at a friends house.
They had to check out the piano, drums, tire swing, rings, trampoline and dogs.  There were chickens too but I wasn't able to get a good picture of that.
Remember you have till the end of July to finish the challenges for the entire month.
Also go to the Lasting Memories blog and check out what the other DT Members are doing.

Friends Challenge with a Disney flair

I completed the Friends challenge for July and rather than a Fourth of July layout I did a Disney layout.
The papers are a combo of DCWV and other leftover papers in my stash.  The chipboard letters are Tim Holtz and inked with Quick Quotes ink.

For the Friends challenge you can participate in one, more or all three challenges.
I like to do all three.  For the first I used the sketch
For the second challenge I used the Tic Tac Toe
Brads, Stars and Striped paper

                                                               Rochelle Spears blogspot

and lastly I used the color challenge.

Let the Memories Begin

I am on break for 5 weeks from watching two of my grandkids because my daughter is on her Summer break.  However so far we have been to Disneyland for 4 days, gone to the zoo and I have been cleaning closets and cupboards.  I have done a little scrapbooking but not as much as I thought I would the past two weeks.
I did create a Disney page using a sketch from Let's Get Sketchy Week 3 using recent photos.
I used Simple Stories paper for this one.

Blog Quick Quotes Challenge

I created this layout using some old Quick Quotes paper that I still had in my stash.  I love the bold colors and chipboard butterflies.  Used a couple of awesome quotes from them too.
The pictures is of two of my granddaughters at home.  Such sweet faces.
Here is the sketch I used for the challenge.

Time for a Lasting Memories Color Challenge

Summer is already flying by.  We are trying to get in the pool with the grandkids as much as possible to keep up their skills.  On this trip to the pool mom was in the pool with the kids and I was taking the photos.  These were the perfect photos for the color challenge at Lasting Memories starting today.  Love this color palette!  Don't forget to check out the other DT creations at Lasting Memories.   There is a new challenge every Saturday and you have until the end of the month to complete them.

A new challenge and DT Call at Let's Scrap

Wow so hard to believe it is already the middle of July.  Not only does that mean the Summer is going fast but that it's time for another sketch challenge at Let's Scrap.
This is the layout I created using the sketch and old Bo Bunny chipboard embellishments I found.  The background paper was from Tuesday Morning and sort of a watercolor look and a perfect color match.  I also used some mint doilies I got in the dollar section at Michaels.
Pictures are of my granddaughter Kenzie 4 1/2 and in one pic her brother Micah 2 1/2.

Here is the fun sketch layout to use for the challenge
Don't forget to check out the other DT projects on the blog.

Also  did you know that Let's Scrap is having a DT call open until August 1st.
All the information is on the blog and it is such a fun DT.  I tell you it will really help you keep up with your scrapbooking.  I have loved every sketch since being on the team.
