Santa's Village Gingerbread man Invite

If you are looking for the What I am Thankful for  Blog Day 2 click here

I just got my Santa's Village Imagine cart and wanted to try out the Gingerbread man cut.  I decided to use the sketch from the Cricut Circle Magazine challenge for November as the basis.
The card is 5 x 7 and I cut the Gingerbread man at 4.5 inches.  The heart came from Cricut Essentials on my E2 machine  and the word huh?  came from Paisley.  The buttons were tied with yellow Wonder thread and I used Pearl Pen, Stickles, white gel pen, gems, MS gingerbread punch and ribbon from Michaels.
I used a scallopped heart MS punch to make bite marks on the arm.  The gingerbread man was cut out twice and pop dotted.  The word huh is also pop dotted.
You need to read the humor to understand the use of the word "huh?"
This is an invitation for a cookie exchange.
Inside it reads:
I put a 2 inch gingerbread man with the invite and another star with wonder thread.
Also entering this at Cooking with Cricut- cookie, cookie monster, time challenge
More than Favors- use buttons, bling, or brads
Hope you enjoyed this invite and will leave a comment.

Berry Sweet layout

Today I made a layout of a picture I just love of my granddaughter eating berries.  The strawberry is from Hello Kitty, the frame from Fancy Frames, the blueberries from  Cricut Essentials and Berry Sweet from Country LIfe.   The title is glued to a sheer ribbon and each brad has a strawberry charm hanging from it from Martha Stewart.

I am entering this layout in Stuck on Sketches which was to follow a sketch.

Lasting Memories which was to try something new ( I used Glimmer Mist to color the doilies and the clock background), Frosted Designs which was to use a clock, and the Cricut Circle Challenge which was to use a pop of color and 1 of something (strawberry die cut), two of something (brads and strawberry charms hanging) and 3  of something (blueberries.)
