Lasting Memories challenge- "Something Smells Fishy"

First of all I want to wish you all a Happy Mother's Day.
I hope you all get to share a joyous days with your loved ones.
The Lasting Memories challenge this week is "Something Smells Fishy."
For my layout  I chose to use the Cricut carts Best of Pixar and Mickey Font
The mosaic paper was some I picked up at Joanns.
This is our oldest granddaughter last year taking her first swimming lessons at 18 months.

I used Diamond Stickles and a Pearl Pen for accents.

This is the sketch this week if you would like to use it.  Remember though for the challenge you just need to follow the theme of Something Smells Fishy.
The prize this week is sponsored by Kimberly and is the Cricut cart Home Accents.

I hope you will join us this week for the Lasting Memories challenge.  It is always fun to see what everyone creates.
You have until Saturday the 20th to post your entry.

Two double page layouts- Nemo and Hello Kitty

Completed more layouts today following challenges using my Cricut.
The first is for Crazy About Cricut which is to do a project related to a family favorite movie.  While I was helping with new baby we watched an old favorite Finding Nemo.  My oldest granddaughter who is 18 months old likes to touch Nemo on the screen as they have a huge fish tank full of Nemos (clownfish).  This is her taking swimming lessons.  We always tell her to swim like Nemo.  Besides Best of Pixar and Micky Font I used Diamond  Stickles and a Pearl Pen.
The second double page layout I completed was for the Mag Challenge where you to were do a project using only page 65 from Hello Kitty.  Since I couldn't make a title with my Cricut I did it with a pearl pen and made it look like sky writing.

Nemo birthday card

This is the card I made for my son in law who helps me with my blog.  He has an amazing salt water tank and runs a website for people with aquariums.  I used the Best of Pixar cart and some water look  paper from Joanns  I had leftover from another project.
