Cards for Soldiers using Bic Markers, Prismacolor Pencils and scraps

I am working on my next batch of Cards for Soldiers.  I just got 3 sets of  Penny Black Stamps including Betsey Bluebell.  I fell in love with Betsey when Okie did a series of cards with these stamps.  Some of these I colored with my Prismacolor pencils and some with  Bic markers.  I used Elegant Edges to cut around them using the center cut feature and to make the shadows.   Now that I have started making  Cards for Soldiers each month I have a great use for all my scraps and they don't get totally out of hand.   I cut the scraps  to fit A2 size cards and when I get a little pile I make a batch of cards.

Cards for Soldiers- Using mostly Glimmer MIst

I started making Cards for Soldiers last month.  Today I decided to make some using my Glimmer Mist and Stencils.  I sprayed a bunch of cards and left them to dry for awhile.  Then I added ribbon and  flowers ( I had made from a variety of carts) and had in my stash.  Another thing I did over the weekend was cut a variety of  tags, circles, and ovals in cream in white cardstock.  I cut several different sizes and placed them all in a bucket.  Now when I need to add a tag I can grab one and pick out a stamp and I am ready to go.  I can't wait until my new colors of Glimmer Mist get here. I found a great price at Scrapbooking Warehouse.
